Tony Hickman, Research/Field Director

Tony Hickman earned a Political Science degree from the University of Nevada Las Vegas. As a member of the 2008 Obama for America campaign, Mr. Hickman developed his grassroots organizing skills during this historic campaign. He garnered grassroots volunteer support and established a positive reputation in the community. Currently, Mr. Hickman utilizes his expertise in research and development to provide strategic support to both political and policy campaigns locally and statewide to achieve success. He is a key member of our implementation team.
Damone Williams, Project Manager

Damone Williams earned an Engineering degree from Southern University, and brings over twenty years experience providing project management support in a fast paced environment. Currently, Mr. Williams provides infrastructure to campaign strategies, utilizing information technology such as SureTrak and Microsoft Project. Responsibilities include preparing budget baselines, analysis and presentation of project performance, development and implementation of cost controls for each campaign, and defining project definition and scope. He is a key member of our implementation team.

Dominique Bordeaux attends the College of Southern Nevada majoring in Graphic Arts. Her background and training as an artist brings a fresh perspective to her design work providing candidates with a unique campaign brand. Her creative contribution to the team dynamic offers a refreshing change to the typical political environment. Dominique provides graphic design consultation on logos, advertisements, campaign literature, brochures, websites, and more.
